Thanks Fravia! Rest In Peace

Yesterday, May 3rd, the great Fravia passed away.
He ran his lengendary fravia pages and searchlores. A lot of people in the reverse engineering world are (and will be) definitely indebted to him for his teachings. He will definitely will be missed.

Some friends notes on the sad news here, here and here

Indeed sad news. I remember just starting reversing a lifetime ago (if you want a timeline, remember Windows 3.1?). I had a specific problem that I mailed him about. Amazingly, I received a reply! I could not actually believe that he replied to some non-entity like me. But true enough, he was passionate about educating people, no matter what continent they were from.

Rest in peace Fravia, you have forever changed the way I look at things and I owe you so much. Thank you.

+Fravia has been an incredibly influential figure in the world of reverse-engineering. Without him, ten years ago I would not have been able to start reverse engineering things the right way, and I am only one among many others.

He will be deeply missed, but I am sure that there are many out there that will keep his message alive.

Farewell +Fravia!

BRAVO Fravia! Bravo! Such greatness, such intellect! The man who pointed the way to what the Internet could be and the potential that it still has despite all the commercialization.

He will be remembered for his greatness!

Bravo Fravia!

Rest in peace Fravia!

Great tutor, pure in research, 95% all of my skills in searching i learn from his website. Big bow for all his influence in my virtual life.
For all his open mind how to see with your "back eyes". Yet, he is so humble.

Have a Nice trip Fravia!

My special thanks and remembrance goes to Fravia for helping us find what we want on the web. It was sad but nice that he was able to say goodbye before he left ue... Mr. Limbo > http://sites.google.com/site/insideoutthere

Fravia was my hero, god bless his soul. He taught me more in one day than I ever learned in my whole life. a saint and a genius and a playful soul. He will be greatly missed.
